Reservations
Policy
Deposits - All reservations require a 50% deposit paid directly after you book. Balances must be paid no less than 3 days prior to the day of your reservation. Your deposit applies to the total balance.
Cancellations - All cancellations must be made no later than 3 days prior to the day of your reservation. After that, your deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a new date. Please note that our cancellation policy still applies when rescheduling.
Late Policy - If you are running late, please let us know immediately. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled and you will not be refunded.
Travel Fee - We can travel near & far, however, any Luncheon outside a 20 mile radius from Long Beach may be subject to a travel fee.
FAQ’s
What's included in my Luncheon? — All Luncheons include entire setup & clean up, picnic table & tableware, decorations, pillows, & blankets, games & other activities, & complimentary water.
What if there are weather problems? — Your Luncheon can be rescheduled to another available date at no additional cost.
Can I bring my own food? — Of course! You are more than welcome to bring your own food, snacks, & beverages.
Can I bring my pet? — Yes, you can! However, please be aware of the rules & regulations for pets at the location you choose.
Is alcohol allowed? — Due to state laws, we cannot provide alcohol. Additionally, the use of alcohol in public places is prohibited.
